销售业绩：亿（自年至今的体量，直营工程占绝大比率）
职责：
1、集团性战略客户信息获取和跟进，建立长期稳定的客户关系，挖掘用户的潜在需求；
2、组织战略招投标工作，战略协议签订，进行日常战略客情关系维护；
3、负责战略协议客户在各区域中具体落地项目的跟进和推进，对已签订战略协议的客户进行实地项目梳理、推送、跟进、维护。
要求：
1、具有丰富的大中型房地产公司业务拓展工作经验（工装、部品、房地产行业）。有政府央企地产资源，有市场体系搭建，项目施工运营经验；
2、对地产前强中2家以上有过系统深入的跟进或者合作优先；
3、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、团队领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力，学习能力强；
4、清晰了解建筑装饰行业形势，发展方向，行业竞争力环境，熟悉地产大客户基本状态和流程，能够有效获取行业信息并整合一流资源；
5、具有优秀的团队经营能力和资源整合能力，认同企业文化，承接战略指标落地。
