3年以上具有工程项目销售经验（甲方房地产，设计院等等）
职责：
1． 负责公司产品的销售推广业务。
2． 负责在指定区域规划客户的销售活动，管理公司所销售产品的质量及服务。
3． 根据公司的中长期要求，明确本区域销售目标。
4． 贯彻并执行市场策略，进行严格地进度管理。
5． 注视市场的变化提出对应方案，定期汇报工作，包括：销售活动、合同状况，销售指标完成情况。
6． 发展、保持和更新销售产品知识。
任职资格：
，具有工程项目销售经验（甲方房地产，设计院等等）。
，建筑材料（建材）或装饰装修行业内一定的客户基础。
，思路清晰，思维敏捷。
，具有较强的客户服务意识和团队的合作精神。
