岗位职责：
1、负责设计部工作的推动和开展、任务分解、达成年度/月度目标；
2、根据产值任务及公司要求进行团队管理；
3、负责客户信息、量房、设计方案、报价、签约洽谈等整体把控；
4、负责团队的数据跟踪与总结分析；
5、负责团队成员的组建以及业务培训，人员工作的安排、检查、考核等全面管理；
6、积极主动的完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 室内设计、环境艺术、建筑学等相关专业；
2. 具备扎实的室内设计功底，能够独立完成家居设计方案；
3. 熟练掌握CAD、3Dmax、Photoshop、ppt等设计办公软件；
4. 具备3年以上团队管理工作经验，具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
5. 有行业内大中型装修设计公司或设计机构工作经验优先考虑。
