1、建筑设计、环境艺术、室内设计相关专业大专或以上学历，3年及以上工作经验；
2、有室内项目全过程经验，拥有国际视野的审美和设计水准，有过大型项目，及公共建筑和文化建筑项目的空间设计经验；
3、熟练运用3Dmax、Enscape渲染、vray渲染、CAD、illustrator、inDesign、Photoshop、Word、Excel、PPT等软件；
4、熟悉精装修的设计理念及施工工艺，具备各专业的基本知识，包括市场流行的基础材料、精装修新型材料及设施设备，具有较强的；
力和方案表达能力，和对新知识新技能的学习热情及学习能；
5、有良好的沟通能力，在严格的项目计划中，有组织有能力同时处理多个任务。
